Summer Cobb Salad

Now that the weather is feeling like Summer, it’s time for salad and light meals! We love this quick and easy recipe that we can assemble in less than 10 minutes (I usually prep the ingredients the day before)

Ingredients:

6 slices Applegate Uncured Bacon-cooked and chopped

3 free range hard boiled eggs chopped

3 heads of Organic Romaine lettuce

1 cup diced organic tomatoes

3 cups free range chicken tenders grilled and chopped

1/2 cup freshly crumbled blue cheese

1 avocado

Primal Kitchen Green Goddess dressing

Shred lettuce and top with remaining ingredients and then dressing!
