Dirty Chai Energy Balls

This is a great snack that we love to enjoy in the Spring and especially the Fall! You can omit the expresso for the kiddos if you like and swap out the honey for maple syrup for those under 1.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 c. Gluten free oats (I like to use Bob’s Red Mill)

2 Tbsp. Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips

1 Tbsp. Espresso

1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

1/2 c. Nut Butter

1/3 c. Raw Honey

1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract

1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Ground Cardamom

1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger

1/8 tsp. Ground Allspice

1/8 tsp. Ground Cloves

1/8 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Roll into 1’ balls and store in the refrigerator for up to a week!
