Weeknight Taco Salad
This is a staple for our family. Quick, easy, nutritious and the kids love it!
Ingredients:
1 lb. of cooked grass fed beef (or chicken or turkey) cooked in 1/2 packet of Siete taco seasoning
1 can of Siete refried beans
Shredded organic lettuce
2 cups of shredded organic Mexican cheese
1/2 jar of Organic salsa
1/2 container (8 oz.) of Organic Sour Cream
1 can of sliced black olives
1-2 Organic Roma tomatoes
Instructions:
Add beans and then salsa to the bottom of a 9x13 glass dish. Top with cooked meat and then layer sour cream followed by the cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and olives. Serve on salad or with tacos or chips!
