Divine Bites Recipe

It is no secret that my kids (and my husband) LOVE Heavenly Hunks. I can never keep them in stock at home so I decided to come up with a copycat recipe that is pretty darn good if I say so myself! I can’t promise that these will stay in your fridge any longer but they are homemade, healthier and cheaper! Enjoy!!!

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats (I used Bob’s)

1 cup oat flour

2/3 cup organic almond flour

1/2 cup organic shredded coconut

1 tsp Himalayan salt

1/2 cup of melted organic coconut oil

2 Tbsp. organic brown sugar

1/2 cup of raw unfiltered honey

1/2 cup of almond butter

1/2 cup of organic chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life)

Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Place the mixture in a parchment lined 8×8" baking pan and freeze for an hour (I let mine go a little longer). Lift out and cut into squares depending on the preferred size. Store in container in the fridge!
