Fresh Coleslaw

This is a quick, easy side for summer get togethers. Always good for the gut and refreshing. You can always add more vinegar or mayo or celery salt according to your tastes!

Ingredients:

1 head organic green cabbage, finely shredded

2 large organic carrots, finely shredded

3/4 cup Primal Kitchen mayonnaise

2 tablespoons raw sugar

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 tablespoon mustard

Salt and freshly ground pepper

Combine the cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl, and then add to the cabbage mixture. Mix well to combine.
