Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam for Cold Brew

You know its Fall when Starbucks releases in Fall Menu! This recipe is a GREAT substitute for their Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and provides a much healthier, cleaner option. You can make your own cold brew at home or buy it even. It is a great way to caffeinate and cool down during the August and September heat. The cold foam will last up to a week in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

1 c. organic heavy whipping cream

½ c. up Organic sweetened condensed milk

2 tsp. vanilla paste (or extract)

3 tbsp. pumpkin puree

2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Whisk together the whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Whisk in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to use. This is also delicious on desserts!
