Gluten Free Quick & Easy Meatballs

These are so quick and easy to make! Throw them in along with pasta and sauce for a quick dinner or do like I do, make them ahead for snacks throughout the week!

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs grass fed ground beef (can also use chicken or turkey)

1/2 c. Aleias gluten free bread crumbs

1/4 c. Freshly shredded Romano cheese

1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning

1 large pastured egg

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Sprinkle of Himalayan salt and pepper

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Place parchment paper on baking sheet and portion meatballs spacing about .5-1” apart. I like to use a small ice cream scoop. Place meatballs in preheated oven at 375 for 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 160. Enjoy!!
