Egg-bites + Bacon + Gruyere

Directions:

Oven to 325.  Line cupcake tin with parchment paper liners.  

Blend, eggs, bacon, cottage cheese, hot sauce and salt and pepper for 30 seconds in blender

Add water to 9 x 13 pyrex dish, insert muffin tin and cook for 30 minutes

Ingredients:

5 slices of Applegate uncured bacon

7 pastured eggs

1 cup. Good culture cottage cheese-whole milk

1 cup shredded Gruyere

sprinkle of salt, pepper

dash of hot sauce
